Proceedings
The conference proceedings
will be published with the American Institute of Physics (online only)
and as a special issue of Advances in Space Research (online &
hardcopy). Participants should submit their contributions to both. The contributions submitted to AIP will be a preliminary
version. The final version will appear in the ASR
special issue. Both will be refereed. The page limit and instructions on
the manuscript preparation are given below.
The special issue of
Advances in Space Research will be dedicated to the topics covered by
the conference program and is open to members of the international
astrophysics community to contribute to. Contact the conference
organizers if you are interested to submit a contribution. The page
limit of this type of contributions will be decided on case by case
basis.

You can use color
figures for online viewing while keeping in mind that the print
version (ASR) will be in black and white

Your manuscript
(.pdf as well as the source: .tex, syle files, and figures) and
the scanned copyright authorization form should be sent by e-mail to
info@ns-grb.org.
Please zip all files together in one archive and name it as follows and
also include the file name in the e-mail subject:
"Proc_Journ_LastName_FirstName_Type_S"
where Journ = AIP or ASR; Type = P (poster), C (contributed), IC (invited contributed), or
IR (invited
review);
and S = P (for conference participant) or M (for members of the
community
who
did not attend the conference but wish to contribute to the ASR special issue).
